I've been eyeing an import Legendz CD lately and I really want to buy it off the Internet. However, I cannot decide on where to buy it. My first choice is Play-Asia, which I have an account there, but haven't ordered anything from them yet. The CD's $18.90+$2.60 S+H. I found another anime store named AnimeCollector.com that has it for $11.99+$2.70.  My problem is that I dunno if I should trust this site that I've never been to before, or go to Play-asia, which I trust more, but have to pay like $5 more. And that doesn't include how long it'll ship. I'm wondering if anyone here has ordered anime CDs online and might have advice for me on what to do next.

Yay! I JUST got my Legendz anime guidebook in the mail today, after a month of waiting. I didn't expect it to be so small. Basically, it has character bios and summaries for the first 13 episodes, with small previews of episodes 15-19. There are a lot of character and background illustrations and screen caps of the anime. And of course, Dandy's in it.   Shame there there aren't any images of Dandy's bar (Cafe Wani no Ana) or Salamander, though I wasn't expecting it in this book. I'm thinking now that there are other volumes of the Legendz guidebook, covering newer episodes. I will try to search for more info on this.

In other news, I was able to find and get the first two Legendz manga volumes by Viz a while ago. Shiron is ever so adorable. Much different than the anime, though Salamander does show up at the end of Vol. 2, so I'm hoping that I'll see more of him in Vol. 3 when it comes out in November. Double yay.

Random discovery: I think I stumbled on the patent info online on the US version of the Talispod and Talisdam, the Digimon-like electronic toys from Legendz. Does this mean that Legendz will make a full-blown appearance in America, anime and toys included? Dunno. A part of me wants Legendz to be brought to the States, but seeing that it'll most likely be butchered and censored and/or sold on DVD without Japanese audio, I'm REALLY hoping to see more uncut Japanese/English fansubbed eps before it gets licensed.

Besides, I always wanted a Talispod of my own, and reborn Dandy the Devour Crocodile over and over. If this is true, Bandai, PLEASE make a Salamander Soul Doll! Of all the Legendz Soul Dolls that were created for the Talispod toys in Japan, Bandai never made one for Sala-chan, even when you get to see it in episode 6. ;_; Dandy and Sala should be together.
